Canning, Canning and more Canning
So the pressure canner cooker is here and fresh chicken breast was on sale at Bogners for $1.19 a lb. So I figured I'd give canning meat a try. At that price if I messed it up I couldn't get too upset. All in all it went pretty well. Prep is the hardest part. That and getting used to the canner. Now that I have done it once it will be a breeze. So here it is 20 lbs of canned chicken. I'll let you know how it tastes in a couple of weeks.
