So having bought a ton of peaches I was forced to can them. Kandi was awesome enough to come over and show me how to do it. It was super easy but super messy. I actually really liked doing it and the peaches were even sweeter once they were canned. I can already see that one bushel is definitely not going to be enough for the winter at the rate we're eating them.
