So Ally has been asking me to let her shower by herself forever. She is soooo big now and doesn't need my help. I have been reading Marilee Boyak's book, The Parenting Breakthrough, and one of the things kids should be doing independently by age 6 is bathing so we gave it a try. I am happy to report that she did a great job. I don't know who was more proud, Ally or mommy. Excited too! One less child to bath sounds great!
