I had to head back to work the evening shift tonight so Jerry and Andy took Allyson to Karate. Tonight was her test to acquire her first red stripe. The guys helped her with her blocks and combination 6A. She did great and was so proud of her white belt with the red stripe.

It's so cool that Ally's doing karate! I really wish I had done stuff like that when I was young. The writer of one of the other blogs I read does karate with her daughters, who are both black belts now. She has really interesting posts in general, and really awesome pics and vids of her girls doing karate. http://pegkerr.livejournal.com/
